Request remote support:

1. Using the Chrome Browser, be sure you are logged into gmail

2. Open a new tab, enter or click on the following:

3. https://remotedesktop.google.com/support

4. Be sure you are on Remote Support

5. Click the download button, and give it permissions

6. Go back to the browser once it's downloaded

7. Under "Get Support" click "Generate Code"

8. E-mail this code to Computer Services

9. When I connect, you will a popup that asks if you want to allow access, click yes.
